سال ۸۴م. شبکه خبری ‌‌BBC يک گذارش دربارهء‌ آفريقا پخش کرد که قلب خيلی‌ها رو به درد آورد.

يکی از اون خيلی‌ها کسی بود که چندی بعد شواليه-ای بزرگ شد و همين چند ماه پيش دقيقا نصف جمعيت کل کره زمين احترامش کردند.

اون سال اين شواليه‌ی بزرگ که اللبته اون موقع صرفا يه هنرمند بزرگ بود يه آهنگ ساخت و يه عده از شواليه‌ها و هنرمندان بزرگ ديگر رو هم جمع کرد و با هم اين آهنگ رو برای جمع کردن کمک برای آفريقا اجرا کردند.

اينطور برآورد شده بود که از فروش اين تک‌آهنگ ۲۰۰۰۰۰پوند کمک برای آفريقا جمع بشه. اما به جای اين مبلغ ٫مبلغ‌ه ۱۰۰۰۰۰۰پوند کمک جمع شد!

همون سال همون گروه که اين آهنگ رو خونده بودند و اجرا کرده بودند ٫همه باهم کنسرت‌يی به نام Live Aidکه بعد اين حرکت پايه‌ای شد برای چيزی که ما سال ۲۰۰۵ در آستانه نشت سران گروه هشت ديديم يا به عبارت دقيق تر همون Live8 ... هنوز فک ميکنی لازم‌ه اسم اين شواليه رو بگم؟!
